Welcome to our holiday apartment in San Terenziano, Umbria.

It sleeps five people and is available to rent for £250 per week. Short and long stays can be arranged.

The apartment is on the first floor of a block of four apartments, situated just off the main village square, opposite the old walls and bell tower of the medieval village.

It was completely renovated in early 2012, and has new contemporary fittings throughout. All windows and doors are double glazed, and gas central heating means the apartment can be used all year round. Free parking is available in the main village square (50m).

San Terenziano is a small village with great facilities. Bars, restaurants, banks, post office, gift shops and grocery stores are all on your doorstep. Nearby, Todi has an Olympic sized open-air pool which is great for those hot summer days (open June - September).

Celebrated Umbrian villages and towns such as Montefalco, Todi, Bevagna, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Deruta, Orvieto and Perugia are all within easy driving distance. San Terenziano is an ideal base for exploring the history, art and gastronomy of Umbria.

San Terenziano is 40km south of Perugia - Umbria's regional capital. Driving from Rome takes 2 hours.
