The interiors have been decorated with care to retain the style and ambience of the period. The ceilings are tiled and suspended with wooden beams and the floors are in terracotta.
A splendid lavender, rosemary and antique rose garden frames the immaculate kept lawn surrounding the swimming pool, where one can enjoy the sunsets.

Il Rughinello's olive grove, which can be seen from the villa, is responsible for a good production of extra virgin olive oil which can be sampled at request.
The property is at 4 km from the small village of San Venanzo where all amenities and shops can be found.

Il Rughinello also has a delightful restaurant situated near the swimming pool for the exclusive use of its guests.  Bookings are required in advance.
It is also possible to have wine tastings with wines from the most noted cellars of the area to combine with the typical regional foods served.
The selection of wines is done directly by the owner with particular attention made for those passionate winelovers searching for the best quality.
